When the Stars rebranded in 2013, they did consider ditching green for a new colour scheme. Jordan had the same idea, using a blue, silver, and navy colour scheme that better matches the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Cowboys. The jerseys and logos are North Stars inspired though, so there is still some connection to the Stars past.
