The Seattle Bears are another fantasy team in the Victory Hockey League. I like the white jersey better in this concept, the dark jersey looks a bit plain with such thin stripes.

0001 - Riga Reign by Dustin Funk
As far as I can tell, the Riga Reign are a team in the Victory Hockey League (a simulation league). I like this design by Dustin, the chest stripe is classy and and the orange numbers have good contrast on both jerseys.
